18/06 03:14 Bail Refused (Remand) Sgt P201080 Hayes Bail refused under PACE. Full rationale recorded:
"What is particularly concerning is ADAMS' attitude throughout. In interview, he attempted to justify his actions, suggesting that his need to 'have a conversation' outweighed the victim's clear wishes. He acknowledged that his behaviour caused distress but maintained that he felt it was justified... During the most recent interview on 17TH JUNE, ADAMS stated that he will continue his behaviour as he still believes he is in a relationship with the complainant.

There is a clear pattern here: violence followed by persistent unwanted contact, followed by public confrontation and involvement of others. This indicates fixation and a risk that the behaviour will continue or worsen if he is released.

ADAMS was bailed on 28th MAY with conditions not to contact the victim, Sam Cherny, and Heather Agarthe directly or indirectly. Since 28th May, ADAMS has contacted Steven Cherny, Sam's father, and Oliver's mother via excessive emails discussing Oliver at length... on 4TH JUNE, ADAMS directly and indirectly contacted Oliver which shows a blatant disregard for police bail and a clear indication of no de-escalation.

The impact of ADAMS' behaviour on the complainant cannot be understated. As detailed in his VRI, the complainant has now stopped any hobbies and cannot get out of bed. Moreover, ADAMS knows where the complainant lives and he is paranoid that ADAMS will be outside. Bailing ADAMS would unnecessarily mean subjecting the complainant to further stress, anxiety, and fear."
18/06 03:26 SERCO / PER Move Staff C099954 Dhir Prisoner Escort Record created. Move reference: ENF2187P to Westminster Magistrates' Court.
18/06 04:08 Admin Disposal Note DC Ayre / DS Patel Refused Charge (NFA) entered for alternative duplicate statutory wordings ("ENTERED ON WRONG CUSTODY RECORD").
